While we do our best to keep arrangements safe, we always recommend placing flowers out of reach of curious cats and dogs. If you’d like a pet-friendly bouquet, just let us know—we’re happy to create arrangements using blooms that are considered safer for pets.
Do you sell flowers by the stem or only in arrangements?

Sweet Annie's offers both! You can purchase flowers by the stem if you’d like to create your own bouquet or just enjoy a few favorite blooms. We also specialize in ready-made and custom arrangements for any occasion. Availability of certain flowers by the stem may vary depending on the season, but we’re always happy to help you find the perfect blooms. 🌷

Absolutely! We offer flower subscriptions so you can enjoy fresh, seasonal blooms on a regular basis. You can choose how often you’d like your flowers—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—and we’ll create a unique arrangement each time. Subscriptions make a wonderful gift or a lovely way to keep your home or office bright and beautiful. Simply add the "Flower Subscription" to your shopping cart, choose the frequency and size, and checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery and pickup on most orders placed before our daily cutoff time (typically noon - 12:00 p.m.). Orders received after that time will be scheduled for the next day. For pickup, you’re welcome to schedule a time to pick up your flowers—we’ll have them ready and waiting. If you need something urgent, give us a call and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
How long will my flowers last?

Our fresh flowers are designed to bring beauty and joy for as long as possible. On average, most arrangements last 5–7 days, though some blooms can last up to 10 days or more with proper care. To help your flowers stay fresh longer, we recommend: Keeping them in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, or drafts Refreshing the water every 1–2 days and trimming the stems at an angle Removing any wilted blooms or leaves to keep the arrangement looking its best Every flower has its own natural lifespan, but with a little care, you can enjoy your flowers for the maximum amount of time. 🌸

Do you use locally grown or seasonal flowers?

Yes! Whenever possible, our flowers are grown right here on our farm. Some may be sourced from local growers. Using locally grown and seasonal blooms means fresher flowers that last longer, while also supporting our community and reducing environmental impact. Availability does vary throughout the year, but we always select the best quality flowers to create beautiful arrangements you’ll love.
What’s the best way to transport flowers if I pick them up?

To keep your flowers looking their best during transport, follow these tips: Keep the bouquet upright whenever possible. If driving, place the flowers on a flat surface or in the box provided to prevent tipping. Avoid leaving flowers in a hot car—cool, shaded areas are best. Keep the stems in water if the arrangement allows, or bring a small container of water for longer trips. Handling your flowers gently and keeping them cool will help them stay fresh until you’re ready to display them.
Can I request a specific flower or color in my custom arrangement?

Yes! I am always happy to customize your arrangement with your preferred flowers or color palette whenever possible. Since flower availability can vary with the seasons and supply, I may not always have every specific bloom on hand. If that happens, I will carefully substitute with the freshest, most beautiful flowers in a similar style and color scheme to match your request. Do your arrangements come in vases or are they wrapped?

We offer both options! Many of our arrangements are designed in reusable vases, ready to display right away. We also create hand-tied bouquets wrapped in paper for a simple, natural look—perfect for gifting or placing in your own vase at home. At checkout, you can choose the style you prefer, or let us know if you’d like something specific.
